This monthly half day retreat series invites you to slow down and reconnect through your senses — exploring presence through food, drinks, live sound, breath, and the body.

Guided Mindfulness + Live Sound
A deeply restorative session using guided awareness and live sound to support nervous system regulation.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Mindful Brunch
Eat slowly, exploring mindfulness through taste, texture, and presence.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Deepening Practice
A second guided session on theme, with space for quiet reflection, integration, or gentle Q&A.

Open & Optional Silent Mindfulness Space
