Event information

Two workshops _ morning and afternoon are included in the ticket price.

In a new departure for Word Kitchen we are running a new writing workshop in Sidmouth's beautiful new South West Art Space. Using paintings, drawings, pottery and sculpture, Pippa Marriott will lead an interactive session on generating new words on the page.
Morning and afternoon sessions will have different content - come to one or both, and surprise yourself with what you create - stories, poetry, prose, unlocked through entertaining and innovative approaches.'
You can attend both sessions - the morning session will start at 10.30am and finish at 1pm ( with a short break ) and the afternoon session will start at 2pm and finish at 4.30pm ( again this includes a short break. Lunch is self catered and there are three cafes on Church St where South West Arts Space is located opposite the church.

At the end you will come away with new writing and be inspired to develop your writing further..

The venue is a few minutes level walk from the Triangle where busses 9 from Exeter and Honiton stop, bus 9a from Seaton and bus 157 linking Sidmouth to Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth.
