Alto player Sam Glaser has put together a great septet to bring to the East Side
It’s four front line (trumpet, alto, tenor, trombone) with the concept of celebrating some of the seminal jazz albums with four front line (I.e., Blue Train, the Soothsayer, SF Jazz Collective, Mode for Joe, Blues and the Abstract Truth etc.)

All the players are well known to the East Side , except perhaps Sam himself. Should be a cracking night
