Karin Horowitz is an experienced yoga practitioner who has taught yoga
classes for 20 years. Her training was with the Yoga for the
Health Foundation at Ickwell Bury in Bedfordshire. She has experience
of a wide range of yoga traditions and teaching styles including
Viniyoga and Scaravelli yoga.
Her class includes gentle practices involving exploration of the relationship of movement and breath and are open to everyone whether you have previous experience of yoga or not.
There are always adaptations for every posture including taking some of the practices in a chair if you prefer not to sit on the ground.
Please bring a mat with you and any cushions/yoga blocks and blankets
that you would like to use when sitting or lying.
