Gabriel Moreno returns to the Crown House (one of the best venues in the UK) accompanied by Richard Moore to present new songs and poems from the upcoming album 'Carousel Of Love' plus some old favourites and a special Leonard Cohen song which was never include in his catalogue. This song was written by Cohen and his lover Anjani Thomas in the 1990's and was not put to music by Cohen. Gabriel has been commissioned to set the music to it and will present it at the CROWN HOUSE.

Siddy Bennett is a wild spirited singer-songwriter living full time in her bright orange camper van,
a modern-day troubadour known for her verbal dexterity and husky powerhouse vocals.
While other children listened to pop, Siddy was immersed in protest folk, 1920s blues, and old
school country and western—meticulously rehearsing songs about divorce, heartbreak and
smoking copious cigarettes at the grand age of seven. The influence of Bessie Smith and Patsy
Cline left a lasting imprint, adding a subtle Deep South inflection to her sound. And the songs of
anarcho-folk-rock band Levellers, taught her there really is only one way of life, and that is your
own. Once described as “punky Dolly Parton” (The Scottish Sun) and “the female Bob Dylan”
(Bristol Press), she sits between tradition and rebellion—folk, country, and
contemporary songwriting filtered through her otherworldly lens.
