About the workshop

Join Jacqui, yoga teacher and trainee yoga therapist, for a nourishing outdoor evening of gentle yoga, breathwork and guided meditation in the beautiful garden at the The Oxfordshire Museum.

This relaxed and welcoming session is open to all levels and offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and connect with others in the local community. Together we’ll move through a gentle yoga flow, explore calming breathwork practices, and settle into a guided meditation beneath the trees as the evening light softens around us.

In the event of bad weather, sessions can move indoors.

About the Tutor

Jacqui is British Wheel of Yoga trained (300hr certificate), which I completed back in Spring 2021. She has run classes in the local community in the past, both at the youth centre and Wootton village hall. Her style is Hatha yoga, and as her teaching style is moving into a therapeutic approach.

Jacqui is committed to teaching yoga in a safe, therapeutic way which is inclusive and accessible to all.

She believes that yoga should be worked around the individual; there should not be the need to adapt to fit into a specific practice. She will help you to develop it around you. We all come with our own abilities and limitations, so Jak invites you to have freedom to explore in poses, using your own intuition and creativity.
