Eastfield have entered their 30th year of melodic 3 chord punk rock covering socio-political comment with associated references from the world of adverts, 1970's TV programs, railways and first-hand experiences, making sure it always remains relevant (or not!). If used in the right context, humour can be a powerful weapon to use against and poke fun at the establishment.

Marie & the Meltdownz formed in 2025, led by core members Marie Repulsive and Jessica Day. Performing as both a full band and in stripped-back acoustic sets, they bring a raw, uncompromising energy to every stage. Driven by a desire to create a more female-led presence in the scene, the band centres around Marie’s distinctive punk baritone ukulele style and sharp, unapologetic songwriting. Their music pulls from real-life experiences and tackles social and political issues head-on, blending grit with honesty. Refusing to be boxed in or told how to look, sound, or behave, Marie & the Meltdownz stand firmly against convention. This is a band doing things their way—loud, fearless, and without compromise.
