The Enchanted House is a place where truly magical things happen for children and their parents at Christmas. Join us on a memorable adventure in the Enchanted House that your child will never forget. On your ‘super tour’ you will meet amazing characters, do the most fabulous things and meet Santa (of course). The Enchanted Christmas House brings your child the best in imaginary play, theatrical effects to thrill and inspire. Journey with your children through The Garden of Winter Wonder, The Gingerbread Kitchen, Mrs Claus’s sitting room, Santa’s Grotto, The Busy Elves Workshop and do many amazing things along the way. Try your hand at building snowmen, making Christmas baubles, wands and presents. Decorate cup cakes and gingerbread and lots more. Then if this isn’t enough, you and your family can sit down to enjoy your very own Christmas picnic hamper in the Garden of Winter Wonder.

Targeted at children between 12 months and under 12 years old and their families.
If you bring a child who is 12 years old or over, you will still need to buy a ticket for them.
Each booking must be made by someone over 18 years of age.
There must be at least one adult over the age of 18 years old for each booking. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
There must be at least one child between 12 months and under the age of 12 years for each booking.
There are a maximum number of 7 children per booking.
When purchasing your tickets please select anyone aged 12 years old and over as an adult.
There must be no more than 8 people in a booking.
Please note that only children between the ages of 12 months and under the age of 12 years will receive a gift from Santa Claus. Proof of age may be asked for. Babies under 12 months of age are free and will not receive a present from Santa. Babies under 12 months will not participate in the structured activities. Please bring baby food as this will not be provided.
