James Dixon an emerging UK folk & roots songwriter. He fuses the
transatlantic folk-blues of the post-war revival with the powerful
dirt of the grunge rock he was raised on. Chris Wood, John Martyn and
Chris Cornell all echo in Dixon’s performance.

Born and raised in Suffolk he moved to the southwest 20 years ago
where he is a mainstay on the Cornish circuit. Seasick Steve invited
James on the road for two extensive UK & European tours in 2022 and
again in 2024. Support invites also include Chris Wood, Nick Hart, The
