This month we are very pleased to welcome two fabulous guest DJs, the wonderful Gail Austin-Sutton and the most excellent Paul Sutton.
Gail is well known to us here on the South Coast as an integral part of the fabulous Port Soul set up and is always an extremely popular DJ and just this year has played at Banbury’s Ease Your Mind, the Cotswold Soul Weekender and is a resident at Oxford’s Soul In The City.
Paul has a CV as long as your arm and with a global reach he has been a big part of the UK underground soul and modern soul movement for many years. From roots in Brighton running the Soulcitizens events and Soulshyne alldayers, Paul also played and headlined at Frankfurt Uptight and Brussels Soul weekenders, Soul Underground, Without Boundaries, Port Soul and many other soul events around the UK, and more recently at Soul’d in Oxford, Soul In the City and Ease Your Mind, and will also be back at the Cotswold Soul Weekender again in 2027.
Gail manages the Essential Modern Soul Facebook group, and since 1999 they have both run the Essential Modern Soul Forum www.essentialmodernsoul.freeforums.net
Both have impeccable taste and we are really looking forward to letting them loose on the Rotation 1210s.
