A four-part series of somatic rest sessions for slow movement, nervous system regulation and collective repair. Join somatic practitioner and curator Najia Bagi to gather around practices of rest, attention and embodied recovery.

Open to women, trans and non-binary people, and prioritising people of the global majority.

These sessions take place at The Nest, a space run by YWMP for creative practice, gathering and music-making with young women, trans and non-binary young people.

The ticket income contributes to the ongoing health of YWMP as a space for the future of creative practice, gathering and music-making. There are free tickets available for those who are in need of the work and unable to pay.
