BBC Morning Live resident GP and bestselling author Dr Punam will be joining us for Indie Bookshop Week to celebrate the launch of her new book
The Mother Load - Every Mother’s Guide to Juggling Health, Life & Happiness.

The Mother Load: Every Mother’s Guide to Juggling Health, Life & Happiness is the first
book of its kind to focus on maternal health through every stage of motherhood. Drawing on
her experience as both a practicing NHS GP and a mother of two, Dr Punam addresses the
long-term healthcare needs following childbirth and throughout the years beyond, from the
day a mother meets their baby, all the way to raising teens while navigating peri/menopause.
