saturday august 1st - sunday school takes over the waiting room in stoke newington for an all-nighter of machine tension and audio enthralment running until 3am.

The night centres around Berlin artists Nic Krog and Afraidofmessages stopping through London as part of their UK run. Nic Krog blends bass-heavy club music, spoken word and sound art into deeply personal sonic narratives, while Afraidofmessages, the solo project of Sonja Aguilar (1/3 of Brak), channels guitar and analogue synths into slow-burning unease. Also joining the live bill is Glasgow experimentalist Erotechre alongside London’s Catholic Block.

Into the early hours, a dj set from PAN’s Flora Yin Wong and a late live set from Downwards’ Microcorps take things deeper, with Void Response and YAWS filling the gaps at either end of the night.
