There is a very specific kind of R&B that still owns a room: the bassline is deep, the harmonies are clean and the chorus arrives like everyone has been waiting for it. The RnB Collective brings that feeling back to Boisdale with a live set built around the 90s and 00s records people still know by heart.

This is the era of slow jams, silk-smooth hooks and songs that moved between bedroom soul and dancefloor confidence without missing a step. Expect classics inspired by TLC, Usher, Blackstreet, Donell Jones and Ne-Yo, reworked with polished vocals, tight groove, rich harmonies and soulful solos.

With musicians connected to the acclaimed RnB Orchestra, the show has the weight of players who understand the material from the inside: how to let a slow jam breathe, when to sit back in the pocket and when to bring the room up. It is nostalgia, yes, but not museum-piece nostalgia. These songs still move.

Set in Boisdale’s intimate live music room, The RnB Collective is made for groups, celebrations, date nights and anyone who wants R&B with proper musicianship behind it. Expect the hooks, the harmonies and that dangerous moment when one person starts singing and the whole room follows.
