Brighton's Night House and Sekinue both have new single coming out. Join them in at the unitarian church celebrating "A wave that meets the sky" and "Sunflowers" .

NIGHT HOUSE
Night House are Producer and songwriter Nick Williams, cellist Robin Squirrell and double bassist Alfie Weedon. Together they blend electronic beats, orchestral arrangements and lyric-driven song-writing. Their debut album “Everyone is watching from Afar” received praise from influencers including Clash magazine, Attitude Magazine, PRS for music and many more.

Live, they have opened for Ben Howard, Willy Mason and Devendra Banhart.

"Hushed tones interlocking with sedate elements of electronics, reference points could include everyone from Bon Iver to James Blake”
Clash Magazine

“Seatbelt” is utterly immersive and intoxicating – a grandiose anthem that seamlessly marries the epic and intimate. Needless to say we’ll be paying close attention to anything and everything Night House touch from here on out.
Atwood Magazine

SEKINUE
Sekinue, the musical persona of Fior Anderson, emerges as a transcendent force in the alternative folk music scene. As a trans, queer multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter, Sekinue's journey into the realm of music took a transformative turn upon discovering the enchanting embrace of the lever harp just five years ago.

Their debut single 'Knives' explores themes of relationships and mental health, bringing to light that we might otherwise have wanted to keep hidden in the dark. They are currently working on their first album with producer NightHouse

Sekinue's live performances present an extraordinary sense of musical intimacy, inviting their listeners into a state of bliss over the harp sound. They turn even the simplest of sequences into a whirl of emotion, inciting a rare form of musical honesty not to be missed.

“Sekinue’s music sounds like it belongs in film, I could easily see this as the music that leads a horror or romance scene; it’s versatile and a true display of masterful talent.” - Earworms Music and Media

“Sekinue takes the elegant singer songwriter paradigm, eats it whole and lures listeners into a shadowy forest of masterful harp melodies. Their unflinching lyricism is bold yet candid, confronting the urgency of their distinctive blend of contradictions: tender yet unyielding, pensive yet abrupt. Courageously themselves, Sekinue’s music is a vital revolt against artistic conformity.” - Oliver Daffarn: Blue Dot Studios
