After painting a Lego Space Man on one of our exhibition beer mats Darren was inspired to find beer mats from the 70's & 80's and draw birds on them. Darren explains in his book birds painted on beer mats, "The choice of beer mat and bird may seem arbitrary and often is, though sometimes a connection can be made between the two. Colour theory and composition can often be a decider; for whatever reason it seems right that there should be a long-tailed tit on a Courage beer mat". Our Pints & Paints Sessions is aimed to be relaxing, fun and casual, this is for people picking up a paint brush for the first time to artists wanting to learn a different discipline. Tickets are just £22 including fees and this gets you a two hour session, a complementary drink on arrival and you get to take your art work home with you. Cask Club Discount available on tickets. You must be a Three Hounds Cask Club Member and will be asked to show you membership card on the night.
