Event information

The rumours are true! What started as a remote, pandemic project between Frank Meyer and JJ Watt and a ten-year long deliberation between Rob Cass and JJ has now exploded into a full, five-piece, loud-as-hell rock 'n' roll machine!

Anti-Fashion is here with a batch of original tracks and a line of gigs hitting the road this September so that you can hear them in all their glory, live and raw. This mini tour is to wet your appetite for an album that is dropping this autumn via Very Fried Artists/Cargo.

So, who exactly are Anti-Fashion? Well, you’ve probably seen them in some form or other tear up stages worldwide but now, they’re bringing that collective firepower into one room.

Rob Cass (Lead Vocals) - Brings the frontman swagger, sweet but gritty vocals served with acid lyrics honed through his stint in The Midnight Dogs.

JJ Watt (Guitar/Vocals) - Delivers massive, driving riffs that you know all too well from The Main Grains and The City Kids.

Frank Meyer (Guitar/Vocals) - Brings that transatlantic punk rock energy and sunshine that never gives up, straight out of The Street Walking Cheetahs, FEAR, and his acclaimed solo projects.

Steve Ward (Bass) - Holds down a heavy bass with endless grooves using all of that fret to its fullest with a diverse pedigree that includes The Midnight Dogs, RABID and The Hartland Roots Band.

Kath Edmonds (Drums/Vocals) - An absolute powerhouse behind that kit that simply won’t stop driving the punk engine and energy, just like she does for the sensational Kath and the Kicks.

And the best bit for you guys is that we ain't coming alone and have assembled a line up that can only be described as a triple-threat of pure, unadulterated rock 'n' roll with two of the absolute best underground bands in the UK business.

CONTINENTAL LOVERS
Hailing from Nottingham, these guys are your favourite glam-punk reprobates. Described by Vive Le Rock as looking like "the illegitimate sons of Johnny Thunders," they blend trashy, high-energy hooks with absolute chaotic emotion. If you love big guitars, dangerous swagger, and pure punk 'n' roll attitude, they are going to steal your heart and probably your beer. Continental Lovers are Joe Maddox (Lead Vocals/Guitars), Ben Webster (Lead Guitar), Keri Kaysen (Bass Guitar/Backing Vocals), Bish Bishop (Drums)

THE DUKES OF BORDELLO
Thumping, high-octane, down 'n' dirty troubadours from the wrong side of town. Driven by a thunderous double-bass attack, loud riffs, and pure psychobilly-tinged rock energy, the Dukes take no prisoners. Expect massive rhythm sections, anthemic roars, and zero mercy. The Dukes of Bordello are Andy Barrott (Guitar/Vocals), Sion Bailey (Bass/Vocals), and Craz Taylor (Drums).
