Chris Little’s gentle, poetic guitar songs have their roots in biblical wilderness – a wilderness out of which the spiritual and ecological perils of ancient times are speaking to many people anew. Chris's imaginative recreation of this ambivalent and sometimes terrifying place – a place where Satan doles out lanyards to conference delegates, and bombs fall daily on the green pastures of the psalms – forms the essential backdrop to a retelling of a series of encounters with a man holding out a seemingly impossible possibility: that of a world transformed by self-sacrifice.
Chris is also a composer and musician whose works have been performed throughout the UK including at St Paul’s Cathedral and Greenbelt Festival. He has been writing songs for many years but is only just beginning to perform them more widely.
