Celtic Chakras Nine-Week Online Workshop

Chakras are amazing tools to use when working with the principals of Conscious Communication, and Understanding What Your Body Wants You To Know. Each chakra relates to a different part of your body, which can be accessed by connecting with the relevant point. During this nine-week workshop, we’ll learn how to translate, and act upon information via our energy bodies.

How many times have you been to a doctor or therapist appointment, presenting symptoms, only to be told that no physical cause can be found? This can sometimes lead to feeling that these symptoms are all in our head. However, what we will discover is that this is our body’s way of sending the message that something is out of balance, for example, emotionally, that has not yet dropped into the physical … but will, if it’s not acted upon.

I’ve found that I resonate more readily with the Celtic chakra system because I’m a Celt, living on Celtic soil. Whilst I do believe that the Eastern system is very relevant, and a great way to work with these energy centres, I believe that the Celtic Chakra system is more relatable in the West and has been gifted to us, to find a deeper understanding.

Celtic chakras are not linear, like the Eastern system. They work in spirals, relating to each other is a way that blends with our human systems, and allow the chakras to be in relationship with one another, directly.

My new course will take place online (via Zoom) 18:00-19:30 (BST) | 10:00-11:30 (PST) each Wednesday between 22nd July and 16th September. Total cost £350 (This includes the WeGotTicket Booking Fee)

We’ll work our way through the seven Celtic chakra points, with an introductory and closing session, to start and complete the nine-week course.

A PDF hand-out will be sent to each participant by email on the Sunday ahead of each session, and a Body Medicine yoga exercise video, pertinent to the area we are working with, will be sent out by email on the Friday of each week.

You can either join live online via Zoom weekly or catch up in your own time via a link to the recordings, post-class.
