Age Policy
•Young Person tickets are valid for attendees aged 13–17 inclusive.
•Attendees aged 13–15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
•Children under 13 attend free but must also be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Challenge 25
Herts Pride operates Challenge 25. If you appear to be under 25, you may be asked to provide valid photographic ID when purchasing alcohol or accessing age-restricted services.
Accepted forms of identification include a passport, driving licence or PASS-accredited proof of age card.
Licensing and Event Security
•Herts Pride is a licensed event. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed within designated licensed areas.
•No alcohol may be brought into the event. Bags may be searched on entry and alcohol brought onto the site may be confiscated.
•Entry is subject to security screening, including bag searches and identification checks where required.
•Illegal substances, offensive weapons and prohibited items identified by event security are not permitted.
Anyone supplying alcohol to a person under 18 may be removed from the event and reported to the relevant authorities.
Accessibility
Free Essential Companion tickets are available for attendees who require assistance to access and enjoy the event safely.
One Essential Companion ticket may be booked with each eligible paid ticket. The companion must attend with the person they are supporting and enter together.
Herts Pride may request supporting information where necessary to ensure the scheme is used appropriately.
Tickets and Event Information
•Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
•Family Tickets admit 2 adults (18+) and up to 2 young people aged 13–17. Children under 13 are admitted free when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
•The programme, attractions, activities, performers and timings are subject to change where necessary.
•Herts Pride reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or likely to affect the safety, welfare or enjoyment of others.
