MAFF BROWN - Maff is like royalty to us after all, he is the founder of our award winning Outside the Box Comedy Club. He has a mischievous style of joke telling and Frank Skinner once described him as "one of those comics that doesn't need to try. Jokes fall out of him like gold coins coming out of a pirates chest". We know Frank, that's why we love him. Maff has even appeared on Mock The Week as well as a writer for the show and historically, he also wrote for Vic and Bobs, Shooting Stars.

STEVE HARRIS - Steve first leapt on stage back in August 1998 and within 3 months had won himself the coveted North-West comedian of the year award after just 5 gigs.
A finalist of the BBC new comedy awards and Channel 4's “So you think you're funny” in the same year, Steve went on to headline all of the top comedy clubs in the UK including venues as far flung as Hong Kong and Australia. With support slots with the likes of Johnny Vegas, Peter Kay and Lee Evans, Steve comes highly recommended from the heavy weights of comedy themselves.

LOVDEV BARPAGA - Lovdev Barpaga, the 2017 UK Pun Champion, has the kind of effortless and gentle likeability that is completely unique in the comedy world.  Entire crowds seem to fall in love

MC SAM HARLAND - After surviving two rehabs, various detention centres and a childhood on the streets of Hull, Sam draws on his wealth of experience to bring you a humorously cynical (yet optimistic) slant on life. Sharp witted and charismatic, Sam has been performing stand-up since 2006 a real audience pleaser, a seasoned professional on the circuit and no stranger to Outside The Box Stockport.
