David Eagle is a comedian and Folk Singer, as heard on BBC Radio 4’s ‘The Now Show’, ‘David Eagles: See No Eagle’ and seen on ‘Rosie Jones’s Disability Comedy Extravaganza’.
With David being blind, his comedy often explores how his disability means the most ordinary, commonplace events are turned into surreal and convoluted dramas. Occasionally he dons his accordion (often as a spiteful riposte to hecklers) and performs one of his comedy songs, such as his George Formby parody, described by the Guardian as “a comic tour de force.”
David was Winner of Edinburgh’s Spirit of the Fringe 2024, Best Variety Show Leicester Comedy Festival 2024, and Nominee Best Show Edinburgh Fringe 2024. Daivd is also a member of the three-time BBC Folk Award winning-band The Young’uns.

“Unbelievably Shit” – Graham Linehan

Danny Sutcliffe is your compère for the evening. Seen most recently on the big screen in the film ‘Mr Doom: Behind The 8-Ball’ – now available on all good streaming services – he's also a thoroughly lovely fella who lists standing on sheds, and flipping tables among his many anti-social hobbies.
“Dazzles with his mix of surreal and observational gags. A manic, unruly energy belies a great writing talent” – The Skinny
