Each show is an immersive video goggle performance for just two people. It combines cinema and instruction-based theatre, with the audience cast as the main character in a wild journey to the world of the Faruk Clown. Anarchic, dreamy and dangerous, ‘And The Birds Fell From the Sky’ is a joyride inside the head to the very edge of civilisation.

Il Pixel Rosso is the collaboration of theatre director Silvia Mercuriali and film director Simon Wilkinson, bringing together art and technology to create innovative new work.

“A potent collaboration between a theatre and a film director... My response to the autoteatro-style instructions was as immediate and unquestioning as that of a sleepwalker.” – The Guardian
