BEFORE THE SCREENING: The Rio Ferdinand Foundation will join us to discuss how sport breaks down barriers, unites communities, and continues to bring young people from different backgrounds together in Northern Ireland.

'Remember the Titans' - Based on a true story, Remember the Titans follows a newly appointed high school football coach working to unite a racially divided team in 1970s Virginia. Facing deep-seated prejudice both on and off the field, the players use teamwork and mutual respect to overcome the odds, proving the true power of unity.

BBFC: Infrequent mild language and violence.

Venue: Ulster Museum, Lecture Theatre.

This screening is part of the Cinemagic initiative 'Young Audiences Supporting South Belfast Foodbank'.

South Belfast Foodbank is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by Trussell, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

Rather than paying for a regular ticket to gain entry to the Cinemagic film screening, audiences are asked to donate an essential item / food item on the day needed by the Foodbank to support the local community in South Belfast.
