Fresh from a sellout award-winning run at the Fringe this summer we welcome back Hannah with her acclaimed new show. The title sounds like an instruction, but is actually a note to self. It's her own phone she is worried about - the hold it has on her and the data she provides it with. As she goes into digital detox she retreats from doomscrolling and dopamine hits but has an even greater fear of what she sees as a fundamental assault on democracy.
