A collaborative experience using Rhythm synchronise mind, body and voice. In a small group setting we will explore the basics of TaKeTiNa method and how Rhythm can be used to expand our awareness. No experience needed, just an open mind and presence. It can be fun, it can be challenging, it’s all about grooove!
