Join Greener and Cleaner for a fun, 2-hour workshop where you will learn about options to perform visible mending on your clothing repairs which will give them a creative new look.

We will be covering techniques that will include patching with blanket stitch, embroidery, Japanese Boro and Japanese Sashiko. We will demonstrate all of them and you will have the opportunity to complete a mend with one of the techniques.

You are welcome to bring your own mend with you or we will have fabric swatches that you can use to simulate a mend. We will have a selection of fabric patches, embroidery threads and sashiko threads available for use during the workshop.
