Meital Ben Dayan, RIBA, ARB, AA MSc, BArch (Hons), is an architect and director at HBD Architects Ltd, responsible for the beautiful Bisham Gardens flat which is part of MHSG's Green Open Homes '26 tours.

DORINA APOSTU and GREEN ELECTRO HEATING ...
MSC-certified specialists in the installation of heat pumps, solar and batteries across London, and in their servicing and repairs.

CHRIS KIERNAN ...
Chris works in the education sector - for eight years as a lecturer in further education and for the last 35 years as a local government officer (education and social care). Chris refurbished his first house in 1983 with the help of his then partner (now wife) and several tradesmen. Since then he and his wife have bought and restored two more houses, managed a retrofit for their daughter in Wood Vale and are now doing their own (ten doors down and included in MHSG's Green Open Homes '26 tours).

STEWART MCILROY and THE UNDERFLOOR INSULATION COMPANY ...
Stewart McIlroy is one of the hosts of MHSG's Green Open Homes tours, and the director of The Underfloor Insulation Company; a North London company that specialises in underfloor insulation, using natural materials, for period Edwardian and Victorian houses with suspended timber floors.

ILIA BILLA and BILLA CONSTRUCTION ...
Ilia Billa is a contractor and the director of Billa Construction. They specialise in all aspects of general building, including extensions, lofts, bathrooms, gardening, carpentry and painting & decorating, and work hand-in-glove with architects and clients. Billa Construction are the contractors behind the stunning Clovelly Rd refurbishment, which features in MHSG's Green Open Homes '26 tours.
