Event information
You’ll start with meditation and relaxation leading into a sound bath where Rosie will be using crystal sound bowls. Followed by refreshments.
To take place in the shelter of the open barn protected from any potential rain.
**PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, BLANKETS & PILLOWS** to keep you warm.
From 10:30 to 12:30
The cost of the workshop is £15 which includes refreshments
