Join us for a spectacular evening with award-winning local wildlife photographer Mark Meth-Cohn, as he shares his photographic journey through 2025.

From the UK to Kenya, Rwanda, Mongolia, Holland, South Africa and Tanzania, Mark will take us behind the scenes of some of his most memorable wildlife encounters, with stunning images and entertaining stories from his travels across the globe.

Mark’s photography has received international recognition, including being a finalist in the Natural History Museum’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition. But his greatest achievement to date came when his hilarious image of a high-kicking juvenile gorilla was chosen as the overall winner of the 2025 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards, selected from more than 16,000 entries.

The evening will include approximately 90 minutes of presentation, with an interval and plenty of opportunity for questions There will also be a fundraising raffle, with Mark generously donating two photographic prints as prizes — including his Comedy Wildlife Award-winning images.
