We are Mamoko.

Fronted by London-based musician Charlie Suff. The band grew from a desire to build world with your closest friends where everyone is free to be strange, expressive, and completely themselves.

The result is a project that sits somewhere between an emerging Arcade Fire and a riotous and angsty turn in step with The Strokes. and cathartic indie-rock saxophone-drenched, riff-driven, and anchoredby Suff's raw, poetic lead vocals.

Suff has long been captivated by the tension between potential and self-doubt the way we can feel momentarily, brilliantly alive and then suddenly, inexplicably, in our own way. Mamoko channels that question into music that doesn't wait around for an answer. It leans into the chaos. It throws a party in the uncertainty. It invites you to arrive as whoever you are right now and trust that's enough. For fans discovering Charlie for the first time through the band, there's a door, it's open, and whatever's on the other side is exactly what it sounds like.
