Now in its 19th year, the WeGotTickets Musical Comedy Awards is the UK’s premier showcase for emerging musical comedy talent.

Past finalists and winners include Abandoman, Rachel Parris, Adam Kay, Mae Martin, Jay Foreman and Jazz Emu.

Who will win the 2027 WeGotTickets Musical Comedy Awards? Join us at the beautiful Phoenix in Oxford Circus for six Saturday afternoons of hilarious musical comedy! If you enjoy the comedy of Bill Bailey, Tim Minchin and Flight of the Conchords, then this is the show for you!

Grab yourself a drink and some delicious Phoenix food before watching ten acts deliver six minutes of their finest musical comedy material. Once all the acts have performed, our judges and audience vote for their favourite six to go through to the next round. We then round off the afternoon with a set from our headliner.

The Phoenix shows are hosted by resident MCA MC Nick Horseman, one half of our 2010 runners-up, Horse and Louis.

Fancy seeing more of the competition? Grab a discounted Phoenix Pass and catch all six shows for just £25. Tickets are available at www.wegottickets.com/musicalcomedyawards.

Headlined by the sensational Flat & the Curves!

Musical comedy's answer to the Powerpuff Girls, Flat & the Curves have been making glorious noise across the UK since 2021. Their riotous anthems fuse powerhouse vocals with unapologetic bawdiness, celebrating womanhood in all its brilliant chaos.

Hailed by Chortle for "a near-perfect blend of relatable comedy and barnstorming musicality", they've won critical acclaim for their last three Edinburgh Fringe shows. They've landed on the British Comedy Guide's list of best-reviewed shows and earned a Chortle nomination for Best Variety Act. Their 2024 show Rosé Tinted was nominated for Best Show at the ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards, and their songs have featured on BBC TV and radio.

Katy Baker, Issy Wroe Wright and Charlotte Brooke have combined backgrounds spanning comedy, television and the West End. They're now touring their award-nominated show Rosé Tinted across the UK through spring 2027.
