Drawing on more than 25 years of international experience performing across Brazil, the UK, Italy, Malaysia, Panama and Sweden — including appearances at Ronnie Scott’s, The Jazz Cafe and Penang Jazz Festival — Caru brings authenticity, warmth and a distinctly Brazilian perspective to Jobim’s remarkable repertoire. Beyond The Girl from Ipanema combines iconic favourites with rarely heard gems, revealing the extraordinary breadth of his songbook.
