THE 2 TONE THAMES CRUISE
Come sail the Thames, taking in London's historic sights, all to the sounds that inspired and defined the 2 Tone era... the music of The Specials, Madness, The Beat, The Selecter, The Bodysnathcers, Rico, Elvis Costello, Dexys Midnight Runners, Prince Buster, Toots & The Maytals, Jimmy Cliff, The Pioneers, The Clash, Secret Affair, Buzzcocks, The Jam, Blondie, Trojan Records and many more!
DJs for the event Sean Flowerdew (of Pama int'l/London Int'l Ska Festival, who over the years has played in bands with members of Madness, The Specials, The Beat, The Selecter, Rico Rodriguez, The Bodysnatchers, Rhoda Dakar and The Swinging Cats) and Nanker P (who founded Brixton cult club night Time Tunnel).
The cruise boards at Temple Pier at 12.30pm and sails promptly at 1-5pm.
