An immersive wellbeing session designed to help you step away from day to day of life and come back to yourself.
Siân will guide you through gentle, mindful yoga and breathwork to release tension, quieten the mind and create a sense of space in the body. The session will then move into deep rest with a soothing sound bath, using therapeutic sound and vibration to support relaxation and stillness.

The emphasis for this session is not on how yoga looks or getting anything ‘right’, but rather, on noticing how you feel. Expect a calm, welcoming space to move, breathe, switch off and simply be.

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Please bring your own yoga mat. (some may be available to borrow for beginners on a first come, first served basis)
