They do sprangs (of course!) and uber-kssshhhh fuzzzzzzz screeeeches and also peep peep here comes pepe le pew organ and tom-heavy relentless drum pounding beat-ddraggggging purgatorial endless rhythmic switcheroonies. and of course the banjo is like having your head dragged over a cheese grater (in a loving way) and the bass? WELL my friend that is a bass that drags you by the hair places you nosedown in an overdriven bassy speaker and lets you fall in the bass-i-verse
Also multi-vocals chants / howls / screams and more.

Unmarry Me is an underground post-punk / art-rock band featuring members associated with groups like Help She Can't Swim, Huggy Bear, Comet Gain, and Adulkt Life (including Lise Frances). I SAY they are like a fragile Midnight Cowboy / Taxi Driver mood of a band - like a broken Soft Cell. The only thing I can think of that sound like them at ALL is when Angel Corpus Christi covered the Taxi Driver theme. And seeing as I went to see ACC playing live in London and the audience was like...10 people i think? I dont think many of you are going to get that reference. Look it up! We can always learn stuff.
