We are a small local charity for over 50's based in the West End of Newcastle. Our team of staff and volunteers are dedicated to improve the health, wealth and happiness of the people we work with.

Our services include helping people get the benefits they are entitled to, community based activities to promote health and well-being, social activities, lunch clubs and volunteer support to enable people to access activities in their local area.

Donations, fundraising activities and sponsorship are vital in enabling us to continue our work.
